Compliance promotion system

Establishing a promotion system, including the appointment of a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO),
We are developing a compliance program in accordance with our basic policy.

Communication route

We have established multiple communication channels, such as the Compliance Hotline, to receive consultations and reports on compliance from a wide range of officers and employees.
Officers and employees can choose the appropriate route by themselves according to the content of the consultation/report.

In addition, in compliance regulations, we stipulate that the company will give the best consideration so that those who consult or report will not be disadvantaged, and we will thoroughly protect those who consult.
In addition, it is stipulated that strict disciplinary action, such as disciplinary action, will be taken against officers and employees who have treated disadvantageously for the behavior of the person seeking advice.

Compliance promotion activities

We practice continuous education and enlightenment activities to permeate and thoroughly enforce the compliance mindset.

Education

Every year, we set a compliance awareness month, during which we conduct compliance training and tests.

Enlightenment

In order to always share awareness of improving morals, we post the "Ten Compliance Rules" on the intranet.
In addition, every year we investigate the degree of penetration of compliance within the company and report the results.
