How do you work?
We have introduced telework and flextime systems to maximize productivity. In fiscal 2021, the telecommuting rate will be around 75%, and many employees are taking advantage of flextime to work staggered hours and take premium Fridays. For more information, please see the Welfare page.

Can I apply for other positions at the same time?
You can apply. It is also possible to apply for both the business course and the engineer course.

Is it possible to apply for the engineer course even if you have no programming experience or are in the humanities?
Although people with no programming experience or humanities can apply, we welcome applications from those who are interested in IT and systems. Many inexperienced senior employees are also active.
